New blog – the Marin County Real Estate Reality Show

Hello out there….

I am setting up my new WordPress blog which I hope can be linked to my website at www.JulieLeitzell.com… but we shall see!   I will be passing along the latest on what’s happening in the Marin County Real Estate market, funny stories from the field, and tips on new ways to look at homes and the market.    

Today I have a quick tip.   A useful tool you can find at www.WalkScore.com    As an example, log on to the site and type in my new listing at 17 Elizabeth Circle, Greenbrae, CA  (log onto  www.17Elizabeth.com to view this wonderful 4 BR Marin County home)

You’ll find a great walk score of ’75’.     I find that once the walk score reaches 85 and higher for a particular home, the homes at that point will be almost right ‘in’ town.
