In non real estate-related news, my current obsession (well one of them) is with Pandora.com.   Think of it as a radio station that plays only music you might like.   You hear some of your favorites…and you’re introduced to some new music as well.

You create a ‘station’.  My current favorite is my ‘acoustic’ station.  I plunked in a couple of bands I like and voila! …. my computer plays really great background music.   I bookmark songs I really like and make CDs.   There’s something that is more soulful and less ‘produced’ about acoustic versions of really great songs.   Keeps me dancing in the kitchen.
